At Redland Fitness Camp we offer a variety of services. Mainly to help the person understand their body and how to work in order to obtain a better result based on their needs. The exercises we implement help our clients to use their own body weight in order to get fit. It could be aerobic , weightlifting and also dance work. It could be develop with adults but also children. We also offer individualized training for athletes.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I have been in the sports business for 22 years. I am an athlete myself who specializes in weightlifting. I also have a Masters degree in Sports Methology to train athletes. That experience gave me the knowledge to understand the human body and the importance of transforming my clients into a fitter and healthier versions of themselves.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
